What an awesome experience at Furniture Row in Wichita Falls, TX! Was looking for a gift card for furniture and had checked 3 stores and they didn’t offer gift cards. Stopped at Furniture Row and the Sales Rep helped me immediately! He was extremely knowledgeable of each furniture item I looked at so that I could decide how much the gift certificate should be. He realized I was retired military and buying the card for an active military member, so he explained that they have military discount and how that will work with the card. Thank you so much for making the process friendly, helpful and awesome!!

I purchased a lazy boy couch and recliner a few months ago and had a great experience with Anibal and Kayla, they were very friendly and helpful during the purchase process. I came back today to purchase our pup his own couch. I had a chance to chat with Nick and Adam while Anibal was running my purchase and had another top notch experience. Highly reccomend. Great job guys. 12 stars.

Kaden was very helpful without being pushy. He knew the inventory well and was able to show me quickly the furniture I was looking for. We looked at some other stores, and then came back to purchase at Furniture Row. Overall it was a great experience.

Great service! These guys are very attentive to your needs and don’t try to sell you anything you’ll regret buying. They’ll go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable while shopping and only be around if you need them. Shopping here was a great experience!

While shopping for furniture, my friend ordered and I walked into the WF Furniture Row. Kayla greeted us instantly and said to let her know if we needed any help. We walked around the showroom and I found the most delicious light sage green couch!! I wanted to do my due diligence and look at other retailers but I couldn’t get the Eden sectional out if my mind. I walked into today to narrow down my choices and after talking to Nick, i told him that I would be back. After driving around and thinking what Nock had told me, I decided to just go ahead and pull the trigger on the purchase. Unfortunately Nick had left the store when I went back but Sarah helped me out on his behalf. I can’t wait to get my couch and custom ottoman!!!

This was an amazing experience. We were helped the moment we walked in by Anibal and I found exactly what I was looking for in under 10 minutes absolutely awesome. They thought that it would take 3 weeks for delivery I got lucky and had it a week later. No problems at all, definitely going back and I definitely recommend shopping here.
